Carbon/carbon composite materials are carbon matrix composites reinforced with carbon fibres and their fabrics, which are formed by deposition, graphitization heat treatment and finally machined according to the drawings. These material products are integral parts in thermal fields of single crystal silicon and are currently one of the most promising high-temperature materials.
